Cassian Trained as an architectural Assistant / Technician and has worked with the practice for over 20 years.  Experienced in surveying design and detailing of a large variety of projects. Cassian has handled the projects form inception to completion and has looked after construction on site of domestic projects including the cost control and day-to-day management. Experienced in hotel interiors and management of on site construction of central London hotels. Cassian runs the Twickenham office, which deals with projects in London and the West, including areas such as West bridge, Richmond, Kingston, Teddington, and Epsom. 

 

 

Angus Brown Architects LLP was formed in 2003 previously known as, Angus Badger Associate founded in 1981. The practice has successfully completed a wide range of projects both in the UK and overseas, particularly the sultanate of Oman. Currently our activities are focused primarily in the UK with varied interests in Spain, the Caribbean and occasionally the Middle East. The practise has offices in both London and Canterbury and looking always to expand to new areas. The value of the projects over the years has varied from about £15 Million to the smaller scale £50,000 with a wide-ranging type of project from the small domestic extensions up to large commercial buildings. This includes developer housing, Hotels, Industrial units, Private houses, Flats and Luxury apartments.

The Studio

Roger has been in the construction consulting business for over 50 years, started his practise in UK in 1981 after joining the Royal Institute of British Architects, having offices in London, Muscat, Hoddlesdon, and now Twickenham and Canterbury. Under his guidance the practice has developed over the years to cover a wide range of construction projects including housing, industrial, commercial, leisure and religious buildings. The practise overrated both in UK and overseas, particularly the Sultanate of Oman where it completed many projects including hotels, villas, military buildings, industrial and commercial projects compounds and mosques. In the UK the works have included, nursing homes, warehouses, luxury flats, retail shops, development houses, houses for individual clients, public houses, churches, schools, hotels, recycling facilities, interior designs, refurbishments, and extensions to dwellings. Roger has designed villas and hotels in the Caribbean, Hotels in Turkey, Rwanda, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

Evangelos is a fully registerd EU Architect and a graduate from the University for the Creative Arts, School of Architecture. He works with a conceptual mode, approaching each case or brief according to the opportunities they present. His work is influenced by a diverse set of interests and is not limited to one approach or style. He employ's a varying set of tools for the realization of any project including Sketching, Cad Drawings, Film making, Animation, Prototyping and 3D Visualization.

The Team

Jimm, specialise in the undertaking of topographical surveys and measured building surveys of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He is commissioned by architects, developers, consulting engineers and contractors who are involved in refurbishment projects and the re-cycling of existing building stock to an alternative new use. Jim Brickell is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

Julie graduated from Liverpool University School of Architecture with BA Hons in 1988 and BA Arch Hone in 1990 and registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1993. Early in her career she worked for a multi disciplinary practice in Leamington Spa and then moved to work for the government architects in Jersey, Channel Islands. She built up a wide range of experience working with commercial, retail, education and housing sectors. In 1996 Julie set up her own practice, specialising in domestic and ecclesiastical projects with also some commercial work. Both new build and renovation / extension projects were carried out and an expertise working with historic / listed buildings developed. Julie is an experienced architect who approaches design, detailing and site supervision from both a creative and practical viewpoint. She has recently returned to England and now works as a consultant.

Judy Angus, an ever present part of he team, she deals with accounting and secretarial matters and contributes towards the creative side of the practice. She has maintaned continuity of the practice whilst members of the have operated abroad.
